Purchases of components for standard products are made from approved suppliers.The purchase-responsible person and the technology-responsible person appoint approved supplier together.

In the goods reception a stock responsible person checks that arriving goods corresponds to purchase documents and article specification.

All standard products have a specified composition of structure and necessary mounting and packing instructions. The technology-respnsible person issues these documents.

Every single fitter is responsible for the quality in endmounting of standard products according to mounting instructions.

All filter units are tested according to test instructions with respect to function, capacity, density and, where appropriate, electric security. Test instructions are issued by the technical responsible person. The test results are recorded and filed for future trackability.

All filter systems are tested by third party with respect to function against specification.

All standard products with ESD-characteristics are tested by third party against ESD-standards.

All standard products concerned by CE-terms are tested by third party against valid CE-standards.

All complains are treated according to stipulated routines.
