The BT100H includes a high quality HEPA class micro filter which ensures that particles are removed efficiently with a separation degree as high as 99.97 % DOP at 0.3 micron, one of the best on the market. An activated carbon filter for gas filtration is integrated in the system.
To increase the lifetime of the main filter BT100H is equipped with a high performance pre filter to collect particles from the polluted process-air. This is especially important in lead-free soldering applications where a large amount of particles are released. The pre filter is easy to change and gives a better total filter efficiency.
