Tip extraction filter systems for clip-on kits. High-vacuum filter units eliminate smoke and gas from hand soldering processes and protects the operator. With the tube only 10 mm away from the solder tip and a high air speed, the fumes are immediately extracted and processed in the filter.
FT12
Filter unit with two inlets for two soldering irons. High vacuum system driven by compressed air. The main filter has an integrated particle filter (HEPA) and gas- and dust filter for best function and easy filter exchange.

FE4000 is a spot suction unit with high separation degree of both particles and gases in different processes. It is a high vacuum system, driven by an electrical motor. The unit has inlets for two soldering irons and two speed settings.

FC800
FC800 is a central unit for tip extraction applications with connection for up to 30 soldering irons. Five irons can be connected directly to the unit. The maintenance-free blower generates a vacuum of 12000 Pa and extraction performance can be set individually. The filter system consists of a prefilter, HEPA filter H13 and a broad band gas filter.
