CBC-R, mobile cleanroom ISO class 5
CBC-R micro cleanroom provides a mobile clean air zone for sensitive processes. The cleanroom can also be used in a existing cleanroom to get a better cleanroom class in a smaller area. It can easily be placed in any working area without any fixed installations.
The working area inside the cleanroom is big and there is no front screen in the way for the operator, instead the cleanroom area is protected by a unique air curtain in front of the cabinet to prevent dust and particles entering the cabinet.
CBC-R has a low sound level, only 55 dB(A) in the operator zone and the shade- and dazzle free light is comfortable for the eyes. There is an option of a transparent back panel to increase the comfort further.
Due to the air curtain in front of the cabinet a small amount of air is consumed. This means that the system can be driven by silent and low energy blowers and the HEPA- filter a longer lifetime. CBC-R is tested and verified according to SS-EN-ISO 146444-1 class 5.
