Filtronic´s filter systems for applications with laser are complete, high quality fume extractors. Every stage of the process from the capture of the polluted air to dwell time in the gas filter is linked together in a carefully considered sequence. The filter systems are unique on the market as they have a verified separation for both gases and particles.
The filter systems are mobile and do not demand any fixed installations.
The filter systems have a minimal need of service and a long filter life time. The flexibility of the filter system, low energy consumption and the independence from fixed installations creates a very cost effective unit.

Laserline 150 - NEW FILTER SYSTEM
Laserline 150 is a highly effective laser fume extractor that removes particles and gases created during different laser processes.
Laserline has a very effective 3-stage filtering system consisting of an in built pre filter, a HEPA particle filter, class H13 and a deep bed gas filter.
The filter system can be equipped with special filters depending on the application.
